Permanent OB / GYN Physician $375K Base + Up to $200K Sign-On

Location : Mason City, Iowa

Full-Time Hospital-Employed Immediate Patient Volume

Position Overview :

Join a high-volume, well-established OB / GYN practice at a respected regional medical center in North Iowa. Work alongside 4 OB / GYNs and 1 ARNP in a modern facility with comprehensive support services, Da Vinci robotics, and a Level II NICU. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB / GYN looking for long-term stability, professional growth, and a balanced lifestyle.

Practice Highlights :

• Shared call : 5 days / month
• Clinic located on hospital campus recently remodeled
• Block OR time 5 days / week
• Da Vinci robotics available
• Onsite Perinatology consults
• Level II NICU with 24 / 7 Pediatric Hospitalist & NICU nurse coverage
• Strong in-house support : Cardiology, Ortho, Surgery, Anesthesia, etc.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $375,000

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $200,000

Benefits Start Day 1 : Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD

PTO : 34 days (base) 40 days (production)

CME : $5,500 annually

Retirement : 403(b) with match + 457(b) optional

Malpractice Insurance : Employer-paid + tail

Candidate Requirements :

BC / BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology (within 3 years of residency)

Iowa License or IMLC eligibility

H1B visa waiver candidates accepted (No J1)

Locum-to-perm options available
