We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Headquarters in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of cybersecurity operations, Risk Management Framework / Assessment and Authorization (RMF / A&A), and compliance tasks.

Develop and maintain management, task, and quality assurance plans.

Ensure cost, schedule, and performance requirements are met.

Lead lessons-learned and process improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science (Master's preferred)

Ten (10) Fifteen (15) years in program management of DoD / Navy IT or C4S systems

Program Management Professional Certification

Clearance : Secret.

8570 certification : IAM Level III.

Location : Norfolk, VA (MSC HQ); Primarily contractor site; frequent meetings in Norfolk, VA; travel to CONUS / OCONUS ship visits as required.
