A company is looking for a Senior Sales Productivity Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales leadership to identify enablement priorities for Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs)
Design and deliver sales enablement programs, including onboarding and training based on leadership inputs
Track adoption and business impact of enablement programs using data and KPIs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales productivity roles
Proven track record in designing and scaling sales enablement frameworks and playbooks
Experience in developing and delivering enablement programs with measurable business impact
Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle from prospecting to customer handoff
Strong analytical skills to leverage sales data and measure program effectiveness
