Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.   Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.   Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.   Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.   What You’ll Need :
