We work 4-10 hour days (Monday-Thursday); we offer, Day shift (5am-3pm) and Afternoon shift (3pm-1am).

About the Role :

The CNC Programmer / Supervisor plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by overseeing the operation of CNC machines to ensure precision and quality in production. This position is responsible for supporting a team of CNC operators, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and efficiency. The Programmer / Supervisor will also be tasked with troubleshooting machine issues and implementing solutions to maintain optimal production flow. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards. Ultimately, the CNC Programmer / Supervisor is essential in driving productivity and maintaining high-quality output in the manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
