Remote Care Coordinator

A company is looking for a Case Management Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information to callers and triage telephone calls for clinical consultation and case managers

Enter new claims data into the claims management system and maintain data integrity in various databases

Support clinical staff with appointment scheduling, medical record requests, and other case management components

Required Qualifications

AS / AA degree or two years of college preferred

Experience in a medical office environment preferred

Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
