Job Title : BAS / Controls Field Technician Specialist

Location : Pacific Northwest region

The position

Lead BAS Installation (30%)

Oversee the planning, installation, and coordination of BAS / HVAC control systems at job sites, directing subcontractors and managing logistics.

Startup, Commissioning, and Closeout (40%)

Test, troubleshoot, and commission BAS systems to ensure optimal performance, collaborating with external stakeholders and project teams.

Communication and Reporting (20%)

Keep projects on track by providing daily progress and safety reports, while staying in close contact with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.

Engineering Support (10%)

Help with proposals, site surveys, and audits, ensuring the highest quality in every project from start to finish.

Could this role be for you?

Hands-on BAS Experience. Extensive knowledge of Distech Controls and Tridium Niagara platforms with 5+ years of experience in data center environments.

Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, controls wiring, and ability to interpret construction and shop drawings.

Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project execution.

Willingness to travel up to 75% to job sites across the Pacific Northwest and beyond
