Structural Steel Detailing Project Manager-Nashville

Position Overview

The Structural Steel Detailing Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of steel detailing projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, proactive project management, and outstanding client relationship skills to ensure deliverables meet technical specifications, deadlines, and budgetary requirements. The Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate internal teams, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management

Manage tasks in accordance with company standards and policies.

Participate and engage in client kick-off meetings.

Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure project success.

Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications.

Proactively identify and report project risks.

Discuss and implement standards for project execution and quality.

Follow up with customers regarding priorities, choices, and expectations.

Monitor and enforce improvements to project workflows and delivery processes.

Oversee junior staff and teams to ensure work continues on budget and on schedule.

Ensure adherence to JITECH's internal workflows, quality standards and client requirements across projects.
