They are in search of a Head of Technical Recruiting to spearhead the acquisition of top-tier AI / ML researchers and engineers. This pivotal role involves both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, from defining the technical recruiting vision to directly managing the end-to-end process for a select group of high-impact hires. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the executive team, shaping the talent landscape of the organization, and will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across all recruiting functions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruiting, particularly in AI / ML or engineering. A proven track record of hiring senior-level technical talent in competitive markets is essential. The role requires a leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, and who is adept at using data to inform and improve recruiting processes. While biotech experience is not mandatory, a passion for learning and a high level of emotional intelligence are highly valued. The Head of Technical Recruiting will also be responsible for building and optimizing recruiting systems, leading academic and conference strategies, and positioning the company as an employer of choice for world-class technical talent.
