Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair cooling systems and other dairy farm operational components
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliable performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control components with attention to detail and safety.
• Collaborate with service managers, parts teams, and customers to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold company standards for communication, appearance, and professionalism.
• Represent Excel Dairy Service’s values of integrity, teamwork, and service excellence in every customer interaction.
