Pulmonary and/or Critical Care Medicine - Intensivist (Nocturnist) Opportunity

Saint Agnes Medical Center (SAMC) has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Fellowship Trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary and/or Critical Care Medicine physician in Fresno, California.

This is a robust 40 bed ICU and Pulmonary practice, providing services for a full spectrum of complex, critically ill and pulmonary patients at the tertiary SAMC. We are seeking an Intensivist for the Nocturnist shift; ICU shifts are 12 hours. SAMC is the principal provider of advanced, innovative and interdisciplinary critical care services within the region.Â

The selected candidate must possess a sincere desire to practice in a high acuity ICU setting, managing the treatment of complex, critically ill and or pulmonary inpatients while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the hospitalist medicine service and other specialists.

Requirements include successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program and a Critical Care Medicine Fellowship program. The ideal candidate will also be Fellowship trained in Pulmonary Medicine. The selected candidate must be eligible to obtain California medical licensure be granted privileges at SAMC.
