Responsibilities

• Design creative and seasonal menus that reflect the club's culinary philosophy and exceed member expectations
• Ensure that all menu items meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation
• Source, order, and receive the finest ingredients available
• Develop, teach, and maintain recipes and kitchen techniques
• Lead and organize a large team, holding each chef accountable for their responsibilities
• Oversee smooth, professional service during all operating hours
• Maintain all kitchen equipment and coordinate necessary repairs
• Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and food costs to operate efficiently within a defined budget
