A company is looking for a Virtual Treatment Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers remote clinical monitoring and member education via software and video conferencing

Promotes member self-care management through clinical judgment and data analysis

Collaborates with team colleagues to provide a seamless experience for members

Required Qualifications

Currently active and unencumbered RN license in the relevant state

Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience in various healthcare systems

Required BSN or MSN from an accredited school of nursing

Experience in case / care management or population health preferred

Proficient with electronic documentation systems and technology integration in patient care
