Job Requirements

Requirements :

• VA state license
• PharmD, RPh (preferred)
• Acute care experience within the last 3 years
• Epic exp
• STRONG ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE is a HARD STOP
• Do not send if only recent (within the last 3 years) experience is in Retail.
• EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

Locals accepted : Yes

Avg. Census : 330-360

Special Requirements / Skills :

Licensure as a pharmacist and in good professional standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. B.S. Pharm. or Pharm.D., required. Inpatient / Acute Care experience required. Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred. Intravenous experience & pharmacotherpay management. Previous experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting is desirable. Ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pyxis, Carousel System & Epic skills preferred.
