THE POSITION :

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Designer to create, showcase, and sell both residential and commercial landscape designs. This person will work alongside our clients and team members to create a design that best caters to the client’s needs and desires. We’re looking to add another in-house designer whose design style aligns with our established aesthetic and the type of work we specialize in.

This is a full-time position paying estimated $80K+ total compensation first year ($50K base salary plus commission) . RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct on-site client consultations to provide design solutions and recommendations
• Generate landscape designs utilizing AutoCAD, including softscaping, hardscaping, lighting, and drainage
• Create design proposals and cost estimates for residential and commercial properties based on accurate field measurements and analyses
• Serve as a primary contact for clients to foster relationships and close sales
• Heavy focus on designing, client consultations, site visits, and revisions. Position supported by a sales and administrative team .
