The General Manager is responsible for the management of the facility in El Paso, TX, productivity, high level P&L and creating a highly safe and desirable work environment. Strong motivation to grow the business and support change within the DCI culture is a must.

Responsibilities :

• Manage shop productivity and KPI's.
• Ensure effective Union employee relations and positive morale through communication, coaching and personnel development while resolving employee issues fairly and effectively within the guidelines of company policy.
• Improve work standards and meet all objectives for housekeeping, quality, productivity and cost by continuous employee guidance and development.
• Understand and comply with all safety requirements at all times, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same.
• High level P&L management
• Build relationships with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
