Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to pick up flexible hours in a beautiful, community-centered skilled nursing facility? Rose Linn Care Center , partnered with Independence Rehab , is searching for a PRN OT to join our dedicated rehab team!

Located in scenic West Linn, Oregon , Rose Linn is known for its compassionate care, welcoming environment, and strong clinical team. As part of Independence Rehab, you'll have the support of a therapist-led company that understands what it means to provide meaningful, patient-focused care.

Performing evaluations for new patients and reassessments as needed

Developing personalized treatment plans to help residents regain independence

Supervising and supporting our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes

Bringing positivity, professionalism, and clinical excellence to the facility

PRN - Flexible weekday availability preferred (with occasional weekends, if desired)

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) in the state of Oregon

Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!

Strong communication and documentation skills

A passion for geriatric care and helping others thrive
