Job Summary :

The Quality Technician I supports quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure that nonconforming products are not produced or shipped to customers. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and improving product quality through inspections, audits, and process improvements. The technician will assist in investigations of nonconforming materials, support new product quality plans, and contribute to ISO 9001 compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform product audits and inspections in accordance with Client’s quality assurance processes.
  • Assist with investigating nonconforming materials and reporting findings to authorized vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to address complex or new quality issues.
  • Support implementation of new product quality plans.
  • Understand and apply technical requirements using established technical frameworks.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Required Skills :

  • Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and inspection methods.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical information quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established QA procedures.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and local language (as applicable).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Professional work habits including punctuality, teamwork, and time management.

    • Education :

    High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

    Experience :

    0–3 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
