If you're eager for career growth and new experiences, we have an opening for a part time Engineer II who will be responsible for keeping all building and equipment in good repair, minimizing down time by providing day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance of the hotel.

What you will be doing :

• Perform daily shift reports including documenting all calls in the Engineer's log, monitoring and closing out calls through Operator.
• Adhere to all OSHA standards and procedures.
• Maintain building interior and exterior.
• Foster excellent guest / associate rapport by promptly addressing requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all FF&E.
• Assist in cost control : Heat, Power, Light, Sewer and Water and provide recommendations for improved methods and procedures.
