Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the overall guest experience. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader who can motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Overseeing food and beverage production to ensure high-quality service and adherence to cost control measures.
- Managing inventory and supplies, and working with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive guest experience.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a similar establishment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
