In this rewarding role, your responsibilities will include :

• Providing expert advice and compassionate support to Residents and their families.
• Monitoring Residents’ health and administering necessary medications and treatments.
• Documenting Resident care services accurately in records to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Ensuring the safety of Residents and staff by following established infection-control policies and protocols.
• Addressing Resident needs and resolving issues by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintaining quality of care in line with the Facility’s philosophies and standards.
• Upholding Resident confidentiality to maintain trust and respect.
