Overview
The Disney Entertainment segment includes the company’s full portfolio of entertainment media and content businesses globally, including streaming.
The Influencer Marketing team oversees the strategy and execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns to amplify digital marketing efforts across The Walt Disney Studios (and wider TWDC). Our Creative Strategy, Influencer Relations and Campaign Execution teams lead full-service, 360-marketing solutions partnering with relevant, brand safe influencers for various activations – custom content, premieres, experiential events, mailers, etc. Using industry best practices and innovative strategies, this team is tasked with developing and delivering engaging and impactful creator content at scale.
Responsibilities
Support development of Creative Strategy documents and research necessary for pitching and production.
Manage and assist with creator outreach and list building across multiple projects.
Develop and fine-tune Creative Strategy process and manage cross functional team planning to optimize and execute both internal and external partners.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an influencer marketing role and / or similar function leading high-priority Brand projects with multiple key stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the content creator, digital marketing and creative space.
Strong creative production background, ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a wide range of marketing materials.
Work autonomously with creative tools in developing pitch decks and storyboards.
Background in media and brands as well as shepherding large scale, cross-channel influencer and / or digital marketing campaigns and working with creator talent.
Experience working with highly matrixed marketing organizations.
Demonstrated analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Proactive self-starter, communicator, strategist and detailed creative.
Fluent in digital media, talent / artist relations, public relations, and marketing.
Experience with and knowledge of short and long-form video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Demonstrated ability to juggle scope and resources to meet deadlines consistently.
Must be willing to travel and attend after-hour events, relationship-building meetings, and industry conferences.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant work experience.
The hiring range for this position in California is $105,100 to $140,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
