Position Overview :

This role requires travel and a strong background in commercial or light-industrial construction. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing construction projects. From day one, you'll oversee all field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Core Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate schedules for subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high construction standards.
• Communicate effectively regarding RFIs, material submittals, and project updates.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to contracted scopes of work.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges collaboratively with the project team.
• Maintain a comprehensive daily log of on-site activities.
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized.
• Address and complete punch list items during and after project phases.
