Senior Field Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Field Engineer JAPAC.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical implementation and management of demonstrations and trials integrated into customer technology stacks

Demonstrate technical feasibility of the platform to diverse audiences and build new applications and integrations

Collaborate with customer success, product, and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

5 to 10+ years of experience as a solutions engineer, customer engineer, or devops engineer in software delivery and CI / CD

Fluent in English and native / fluent in Japanese

Experience with build, test, and deployment automation within enterprise environments

Strong knowledge of Docker, Linux containers, and major IaaS platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Ability to develop applications in high-level programming languages and debug common errors directly with customers
