Job descriptionpreferred not required : Acute Care Inpatient experience Willingness to work in inpatient and / or outpatient setting Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms. Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan. Patient education on therapeutic exercise techniques and other treatment options within the scope of practice to improve function. Participation in discharge planning and care team meetings.
