• Weekday shifts 8am - 5pm with 1-2 night calls weekly
• Census 25 - 35 patients APPs independently see 6 - 12 patients
• Coverage needed across 3 hospital sites within 20-minute radius
• APP on-site coverage approximately 98% of time
• Required skills : TEEs, cardioversions, loops, reading echocardiograms
• Inpatient only no clinic responsibilities
• Weekend call Friday 5pm - Monday 8am includes rounding
• Phone-based call system
