Senior Fire Protection Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design of fire alarm and fire suppression systems;
• Review and development of life safety plans;
• Life safety and building code consulting;
• Collaboration with a variety of engineering and architectural disciplines;
• Interface with Local AHJs and building owner insurance representatives;
• Development of site fire protection features and fire department access plans;
• Communication with clients and writing technical reports;
• Analysis of smoke management, means egress and fire hazards;
• Alternative means of compliance & Performance Based Design.

Qualifications

Base Compensation : $120,000-$155,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and / or location)
