First Coast Financial Group in Jacksonville FL is seeking to add an Associate Advisor to our team!

This Associate Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with company leads from seminars and referrals as well as existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service; always putting clients first. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor servicing existing clients making active outbound calls to set appointments with prospects and existing clients client relationship building and participation in public seminars to include introducing the main Advisor.

Minimum Requirements :

College degree preferred

1 years of financial service experience required

Medicare experience preferred

Florida 2-15 Life and Health license required or willing to obtain

Strong organizational prioritization interpersonal and management skills

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Experience with SalesForce CRM preferred

Position Responsibilities :

Educate clients and sell Medicare or Health Insurance specified to their needs

Prepare present and implement customized financial plans

Assist clients with annuities life long-term care and managed money

Provide financial planning advice to include investment insurance and retirement

Develop manage and retain strong client relationships

Assist main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals

Salary :

$40k - $50k based on experience commission
