Senior Project Manager – Alpharetta, GA (or within 1-hour commute) Compensation : $150,000–$250,000 (based on experience) Benefits : Full benefits package + company vehicle (take-home eligible) Overview : We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on complex, multi-product electrical projects and bring structure, urgency, and accountability to the team. This person will oversee projects involving Medium Voltage Equipment, Low Voltage Equipment, Power Transformers, Controls, and Monitoring systems, as well as coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth execution. The Senior Project Manager will report directly to leadership in Georgia and play a key role in driving results, removing roadblocks, and setting the standard for project delivery. Responsibilities : Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, vendors, logistics, and services. Oversee all phases of assigned projects—from initiation through completion. Manage financial, technical, quality, and scheduling components for each project. Track and ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Participate in weekly Teams meetings with jobsite teams, providing updates on deliveries and resolving any issues. Regularly report progress, budgets, and timelines to leadership. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with customers and suppliers. Analyze project performance; develop recovery plans when needed. Develop and monitor reports for project tracking and improvement opportunities. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience. 8–10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale electrical or industrial projects. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and specifications. Strong understanding of project management concepts, contract management, and change order processes. Excellent communication skills—able to interface confidently with all levels of internal teams, customers, and vendors. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Details : This is a full-time, on-site position based in Alpharetta, GA.
