What You’ll Do

• Support Security Programs : Assist in administering the Bank’s security and fraud protection initiatives.
• Investigate Fraud : Research and analyze suspicious activity involving deposit accounts, debit / ATM cards, and other banking services.
• Collaborate with Authorities : Work closely with law enforcement and regulatory agencies on cases involving fraud or criminal activity.
• Deliver Training : Provide training on robbery procedures and fraud prevention in accordance with Bank Protection Act requirements.
• Review Risk Alerts : Monitor Verafin reports for suspicious activity and take appropriate action to mitigate fraud risk.
• Manage Card Access : Administer and maintain the bank’s card access control system.
• Ensure Compliance : Maintain thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations related to security and fraud prevention.
• Provide Backup : Serve as a key backup for the Security Officer when needed.
