About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Programs and Partnerships to join its national nonprofit organization. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading the strategy, development, implementation, and impact of community-focused programs, fundraising, and national strategic partnership initiatives. The primary goal of this role is to significantly expand the company's impact and reach, identify new revenue streams, and increase net revenue overall. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in community development finance, diverse community reinvestment strategies, and / or small business development programs.

This executive position requires a visionary leader who can drive the company's mission forward and is adept at building and nurturing strategic partnerships. The EVP will be instrumental in the company's efforts to complement and amplify the scale and effectiveness of the community development ecosystem. Responsibilities include program design, execution, and evaluation, as well as leading fundraising efforts to support the company's initiatives. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's programs and partnerships align with its mission and values, and that they have a measurable and lasting impact on the communities served. The EVP will also be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's programs remain innovative and effective.
