Job description
Responsibilities :
Will assume full and complete responsibility for assigned customer accounts by establishing effective relationships and close contact with all relevant customer personnel in the marketing and development of Usui's products.
Manage the accounts to meet all needs, resolve any issues, keep abreast of developments, and provide desired solutions to customers while addressing commercial issues arising from them.
Develop marketing strategies to enhance sales growth and contribute to UIC profitability.
Cooperate and work effectively with Usui's other global marketing divisions to ensure Usui's growth and increase market share.
Lead all commercial negotiations with customers, providing world-class service for the company's long-term growth.
Perform all necessary job functions to fully support projects, manage all commercial issues, and address technical issues with engineering.
Additional Responsibilities Include :
Ensure that all commercial, engineering, technical, and quality issues are discussed and resolved with the appropriate customer and internal departments, maintaining proper records.
Develop all quotations in collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing departments, ensuring accuracy and timely presentation to customers.
Analyze and communicate business trends, market conditions, and competitive changes to company management in a timely and professional manner.
Actively participate in achieving company objectives for quality, cost, profitability, and delivery.
Stay fully informed of product and manufacturing changes that are internal and external to the organization.
Support the development of mid- and long-term sales plans and near-term forecasts, as well as competitor information.
Facilitate the resolution of collection issues for accounts payable.
Prepare presentations and communicate professionally with customers' management, purchasing, and engineering representatives.
Coordinate multiple projects and manage multiple accounts concurrently.
Evaluate business issues and prioritize activities to achieve the company's goals.
Communicate the changing needs of the marketplace to the management team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (BS in Engineering a plus).
Sales Engineer experience in the Automotive Industry.
3-5 years of technical sales experience.
Effective communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Up to 35% overnight travel, including overseas, may be required.
