Job Description :
The primary goal of this position is to provide seamless administrative support to various leaders and their teams, ensuring business continuity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Calendar Management : Proactively managing and coordinating complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones.
Expense Reporting : Accurately and timely submitting and tracking expense reports using internal systems.
Logistics & Scheduling : Coordinating travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms, and handling other logistical needs.
Communication : Drafting, formatting, and proofreading professional emails and documents; managing inboxes as requested.
