Distribution Sales Manager West Coast

The Distribution Sales Manager West Coast manages customer accounts with attention to maintaining strong relationships with existing customer base, exploring additional sales opportunities, and resolution of issues. Responsible for generating profitable growth with existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas
- Support and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the region
- Primary interface for branch managers, product managers, and sales personnel / reps for key distributors in order to gain maximum mind share
- Establish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), marketing programs and inventory investment
- Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales
Responsible for :
Quotation support and follow upInput on key regional inventory requirementsConduct quarterly business reviews with focus distributorsPlan and conduct regular distribution product trainingsCoordinate and implement sales incentives and promotions for regional distribution businessCreate, track, and follow up with LF and distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programsSupport and maintain LF's Distributor Registration programMaintain a regular call frequency at all regional core distributorsOther duties as assignedEducation : Bachelor or university degree
Experience :
