• Fitness forward preferred
• Must be open to precepting
• Schedule : Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• 26-week contract
• Facility has swing bed program and PT may need to occasionally help out there

Primarily outpatient

Texas or compact PT license required

BLS (AHA) required

Upper extremity experience required

Dry needling training preferred

Fitness forward preferred

New grads are welcome to apply
