Join Our Team as a Community-Focused Porter!

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position : Porter Part Time

Location : Spanish Trace, located in Tampa, FL.

Schedule is a maximum of 24 hours a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Responsibilities :

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings

Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly

Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management

Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents

Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications :

EducationHigh school diploma or GED required

Experience1-3 months of related experience preferredExperience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficialAbility to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications : Valid Driver’s License required
