Experience managing teams, defining goals, owning budgets, and creating operations strategies. Preferred qualifications : Experience managing projects from ideation to implementation. Ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to drive improvements to security intelligence processes. Ability to analyze, interpret, and draw solutions from data.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$227,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities : Collect, analyze, and disseminate global business intelligence to inform security action plans based on impact, credibility, and likelihood, and identify threats or global events and provide insights and opportunities on how to mitigate risks to Google. Develop, maintain, and execute practices to assess and mitigate risks to company assets, and collect, evaluate, and disseminate accurate and timely intelligence assessments to appropriate stakeholders to help inform decision-making in crises. Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards, fielding user questions, authoring documentation, and delivering training. Collaborate with representatives from government and industry peer intelligence organizations to share information or coordinate intelligence analysis. Lead a team of individuals; set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
