Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)
Location : Princeton, NJ (100% Onsite)
Length : 1 Year Contract – Possible Conversion
Rate : $45 / hr - $55 / hr
Interview Process : 1st Round Video / 2nd Round Onsite
Contract Type : W2 (Must be Authorized to Work in the U.S)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst IV to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This role will provide financial planning, reporting, and analysis support with a focus on consolidation, monthly close, and business partner collaboration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), global finance support, and Fortune 500 exposure , with a strong ability to deliver insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and analysis across P&L and balance sheet metrics including Plans, LBE, and LRP.
- Support financial planning processes and maintain planning calendars.
- Develop tools and templates for financial consolidation and reporting.
- Manage monthly financial performance metrics including sales, expenses, CCC, and IBP .
- Partner with Global Marketing to provide financial support, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Perform month-end close activities such as journal entries, revenue tie-outs, and consolidation submissions.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales reports and projections to identify trends and risks.
- Maintain finance scorecards and support cross-business analytics.
- Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and data analysis for senior management.
- Work closely with Corporate and Division VPs to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with deadlines.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive finance experience with a focus on FP&A, reporting, and business support.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).Strong expertise in financial modeling, data mining, and GAAP knowledge .Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros, financial modeling).Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to collaborate across global teams.Analytical and critical thinker with a systematic, detail-oriented mindset .Demonstrated experience working within a Fortune 500 environment .Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) .Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.Prior experience in global marketing finance support .Background in manufacturing finance is a plus.Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to collaborate across finance counterparts.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
