Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year engineering strategy aligned with business goals

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams

Collaborate with business areas to deliver high-quality technology solutions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles

Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile Methodology

Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (Azure and / or AWS)

Experience with P&C insurance platforms and operations

Proven ability to manage and lead geographically distributed teams
