Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the next school year starting August 2025, offering a full-time contract role located in Apple Valley, CA. This opportunity involves working 35 to 40 hours per week, primarily serving students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade, with potential, but not guaranteed, involvement at the high school level.

Responsibilities include providing direct speech therapy services, conducting thorough evaluations, and participating actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. The role benefits from collaborative support, as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are available at all school sites to assist with therapy delivery and related tasks.

Qualifications and Desired Experience :

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for California
  • Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels, particularly TK-8th grade
  • Strong skills in speech therapy, evaluations, and IEP processes
