Roseann Mabry is partnering with a client in need of a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be managing production at a facility with multiple shifts. multiple production lines, be responsible for inventory and warehouse management. The Plant Manager can directly speak with customers about their customized orders. Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage production schedules across multiple shifts to meet tight deadlines and customer requirements.
- Oversee inventory and warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient storage solutions.
- Supervise production activities to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Communicate directly with customers to address customized orders and ensure satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor processes to improve productivity and streamline operations.
- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with overall business objectives.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve cost savings and enhance profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling for multiple shift operations.
- Proven expertise in inventory control and warehouse management.
- Ability to analyze operational processes and implement strategies for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations and industry practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in criticality analysis and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
