Housing Matters partners with individuals and families to create pathways out of their homelessness into permanent housing. We are looking for individuals eager to make a difference and willing to enthusiastically commit to join in our vision that homelessness in Santa Cruz County should be rare, brief, and non-recurring.

The Case Manager II will report to the ERP Program Manager in the provision of services to Santa Cruz County’s unsheltered population including housing-focused wrap-around services in conjunction with housing navigators and other staff. Santa Cruz County’s ERP program is a multi-agency partnership and requires individuals with a high degree of experience working collaboratively toward a common goal.

Benefits Summary :

Regular hours are Monday-Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for some positions.

Starting Wages (Offer is Dependent on Experience) :

$27.54 $28.37 $29.21 $30.09 $31.00 $31.93

Preferred Experience and Education Requirements :

Any combination of training and experience which would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. Typical ways to obtain this knowledge would be :
