The Construction Project Manager I will play a vital role in supporting our construction management team and ensuring project success.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for :

• Facilitating clear communication of project requirements, coordinating meetings, and interpreting construction documents.
• Driving project outcomes through cost control and proactive risk management.
• Supporting project quality by preparing monthly reports, reviewing subcontractor scopes of work, assessing shop drawings, and resolving punch list and warranty items.
• Delivering on client commitments by managing schedules and safety initiatives.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.
