Senior Corporate Accountant

Location : Hybrid - must be able to come into the office at least twice a month (Office is in McGregor, TX)

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000 base + discretionary bonus

Reports to : Corporate Controller

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant to join a dynamic and acquisitive organization. In this highly visible role, you'll accelerate the monthly close and reporting process, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance across multiple business units. You'll collaborate with Controllers and Shared Services to consolidate data from several companies, each with unique systems and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute accurate, timely month-end close and financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across the organization.
• Support and help train teams on OneStream for consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy in intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses.
• Participate in annual audits and support periodic bank, insurance, and other audits.
• Prepare financial packages for tax purposes and support tax payment processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to accounting staff.
• Travel up to 15% for onboarding and relationship-building at company locations.
