Controller

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to lead the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial processes, while supporting business objectives through analysis and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee general accounting functions, including the monthly close process
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Maintain fixed asset records and tax depreciation schedules, ensuring proper accounting treatment
• Design and implement internal control frameworks to safeguard financial integrity and mitigate risk
• Identify and execute automation and efficiency improvements in accounting processes
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and cost allocation systems
• Oversee cash management activities and ensure loan covenant compliance
• Partner with the CFO to produce and deliver periodic reporting, including key operational metrics
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audit-related activities
