We're an established outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in The Woodlands, TX, looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist who is eager to grow, collaborate, and contribute to the well-being of our diverse patient population.

  • Salary : $75,000 to $95,000 per year (based on experience)
  • RVU Bonuses : Earn an additional $10,000+ annually

  • Paid Time Off : 2 weeks of vacation + 6 paid federal holidays
  • Work Schedule : Monday-Thursday (8 AM - 5 PM), Friday (8 AM - 12 PM)

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Patient Care : Provide 1-on-1 care in 40-minute treatment blocks and 60-minute evaluations.
  • Specialties : Work with vestibular and balance patients, with the option to specialize in other areas based on your interests. Pediatric care is available if desired (but not required).
  • Patient Population : Treat a range of patients from teens to geriatrics, with a focus on personalized, high-quality care.
  • Technology : Utilize Prompt Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for efficient documentation (laptop provided).
  • Support : Full support staff to assist you in delivering the best patient outcomes.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Qualifications : Clear and active Texas PT License required
  • Experience : Open to new graduates and experienced therapists
  • Personality : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care
  • Commitment : Enthusiasm for working with a wide range of patient populations and a desire for continued professional growth
