Position Overview

This specialized role focuses on providing exceptional care to obstetrical trauma patients in alignment with established healthcare protocols. The RN Coordinator will be available for all trauma activations, adhering to ACS standards for response times. This position involves closely following patients throughout their hospital journey, including Trauma Resuscitation, Radiology, OR, PACU, and ICU. You will collaborate with the Director of Trauma Services and the Trauma Medical Director to ensure high-quality care and engage in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification within 90 days of employment.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course completion within 90 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license within 90 days of employment.
• Associate degree in nursing.
