Key Program is seeking Youth Counselors (Residential Caseworkers) in Providence, RI for their residential program, which serves up to six girls (ages 16 to 20) referred by the Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF). Wage :  Competitive hourly wage : $22

Responsibilities :

The Youth Counselor (Residential Caseworker) must share a rotating schedule with their team, consisting of daytime shifts (6 : 30 AM – 3 PM), evening shifts (2 : 30 PM – 11 PM), and including weekend shifts.

The Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to assist children / adolescents and their families to develop positive life skills so they may pursue productive and rewarding lives.  Key works in conjunction with the MA DCF, DMH, RI DCYF and NH DCYF and is an agency provider of community-based services, residential treatment programming, and outpatient mental / behavioral health services.
