What You'll Be Doing

Drive the full product lifecycle, encompassing strategy, opportunity evaluation, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch growth. Identify new product opportunities leveraging client and market insights. Partner with engineering, design, sales, and other key partner teams to efficiently deliver impactful new capabilities and features. Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success. Generate excitement around a shared vision and align teams to successfully realize. Clearly articulate plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, and communicate product functionality to clients

What We Look For In You

5+ years of product management experience or relevant domain expertise. Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale. Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information. Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and leading senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desire for continuous improvement. Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets and the Coinbase mission.

Pay Transparency Notice

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range : $140,250$160,000 USD
