Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding

Manage weekly check runs and payment schedules

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies

Assist with month-end reporting and special accounting projects

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist should have some experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related field; experience in manufacturing preferred

Must be organized and be able to multi-task

Salary : $60-73k
